Children's liturgies are an important part of religious formation in a parish. Children need to feel part of the celebration of each Mass. In each season of the liturgical year, there are liturgies set aside in which the children play an active role, participating in some of the various ministries of the Mass. The Children's Liturgy Committee plans these seasonal liturgies, decides on a theme, and practices with the children who will participate in these roles.
